Built in the 1800’s, the historic Inn Building at Breakwater Inn features 20 unique guest rooms. Reflecting Kennebunkport’s maritime heritage, all accommodations at the Inn are appointed with wood floors and soothing color palettes. Each private bath features a Bethel white stone vanity, spa-style robes and fine bath amenities by Gilchrist and Soames.

This building also houses our restaurant Port Fish and Chophouse, with indoor and patio seating, a lobby bar and glass doors opening out to the deck and lawn along the river’s edge. Clean, contemporary wood floors and classic furniture enhance the classic coastal Maine architecture and charming décor.
