Our accommodations and rooms are comfortably spread between 3 buildings: Oceanview, Harborview and a private waterside cottage. Choose your scenic setting and slip into Maine comfort!
Built in the 1800’s, the historic Oceanview building at Breakwater Inn features 20 unique guest rooms; split between the left wing with 8 rooms and right wing with 12 rooms. All accommodations are well appointed with wood floors, charming decor and serene color palettes to reflect Kennebunkport’s maritime heritage. This building also houses our restaurant Port Fish and Chophouse, with indoor and patio seating, a lobby bar and glass doors opening out to the deck and lawn along the water’s edge.
Please note: due to the historic nature of this building, WE DO NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR, ONLY STAIR ACCESS. If this is a concern please inquire with us directly.
